GotFreeECards.com provides a free ecard service that allows users to send animated ecards, face ecards, and photo cards to others via email, WhatsApp, or shareable link. The Service is free for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk emails.
  • Send cards containing offensive, abusive, threatening, or illegal content.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service.
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

4. User Content

When you upload a photo (for a photo card or face ecard), you confirm that you have the right to use that photo and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. Face photos are processed locally in your browser and are never stored on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

All ecard content, animations, designs, and website code are the property of GotFreeECards.com or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
